About Bai Pho

The name

Bai Pho — the leaf of the Bodhi tree.

The leaf beneath which the Buddha sat. We chose it as our name because it speaks of shelter, stillness and the slow return to oneself.

Every therapist at Bai Pho is Thai and trained in Thailand — most at Wat Pho in Bangkok, the temple recognised as the spiritual home of Nuad Thai. They each carry years of full-time practice.
